About Margaret

Bio

I have been involved in human services for over 20 years working as a pastor, teacher, speaker and now as a mental health counselor. Assisting individuals in listening to their lives, their patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting has been a part of every work environment of which I've been a part. Watershed Counseling Services, LLC. comes alongside clients to explore those factors that contribute to the overall quality of their lives, and to bear witness to all the 'watershed' moments in which realization and transformation begin.

I studied psychology as an undergraduate and hold two graduate degrees; a Masters of Divinity degree and a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Washington University.

My specialties include working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and life transitions that emerge as a result of grief, loss or unexpected change and trauma. I also work with couples and children under the age of 12.
